- Owner of the plot is 'Bulgared' EOOD, a Bulgarian registered limited company, owned by a Dutch holding company, comprising a group of Dutch investors.
- Daily management of the projects is executed by Nicholas Crushcov, who is employed as a manager and based in Plovdiv.
- The Owner wishes to sell the plot and is interested to consider offers from interested parties.
About the plot, general information:
- The plot is situated directly adjacent to the village of Tsaretsovo, in the North Industrial Zone of Plovdiv. It is 6 km to the centre of Plovdiv city, with direct bus links, and just 1.6 km to the main Sofia-Bourgas highway.
- The investor originally purchased 3 separate plots and combined them into one, and subsequently conducted the process of changing the status of the land from 'Agricultural' to mixed commercial and industrial use. The regulation procedure has now been completed and registered with all the appropriate authorities.
- There is also a possibility for making a residential complex on the plot, subject to issuing of appropriate visa.
- The plot has the benefit of all utilities being present - water, electricity, canalisation and propane gas pipeline. There is water table approximately 30 meters under the plot.
